PROTECT OUR KIDS: This Tucson Teacher’s Tainted Past
Growing up, some of the most influential people in our lives are teachers. They don't just teach us math and science, but guide us to become the best people we can be.
Because of this massive influence on the youth of America, teachers are expected to be of upstanding moral character to provide a positive role model for their students to follow.
While there have been bad apples in the education system before, a Tucson teacher may have been the most rotten.
Liar, Liar
Nkechi Diallo was a part-time educational assistant at the Catalina Foothills School District in Tucson. She was hired in August of 2023 and performed her role to an adequate degree.
On Tuesday, February 13th, Diallo was let go from her position by the school district. Initially, the firing was stated to be due to her involvement on the adult content site "OnlyFans", but no one knew just how deep the rabbit hole went.
Pants on Fire
Diallo was born Rachael Dolezal in 1977 to Ruthanne and Lawrence Dolezal. Despite her parents both having Caucasian ancestry, Rachel began to masquerade as a black woman to garner attention.
Dolezal used her racially ambiguous look to become a chapter president of the NAACP in Spokane, WA in 2014 and held that position until June 2015 when her identity became public.
As this information came out, it was discovered that she had also been working as an instructor at Eastern Washington University as an instructor on African History and Culture. The same day she was removed from the NAACP, she lost her position at EWU.
In order to get back on track, she began an OnlyFans account in 2021 which would be the beginning of her downfall.
