The new Dick's House of Sport is a concept that has merit. Finding itself in four states already, the concept has garnered massive praise for its switch from retail to sporting experience.

House of Sport will continue to sell athletic gear, but add a variety of sporting activities around their stores such as rock climbing walls, batting cages, and virtual driving ranges.

The store will also provide services for athletes. Golfers will have the chance to regrip their clubs, baseball players can steam gloves and test out bats in batting cages, and cyclists can repair their bikes.

The Arizona Dick's House of Sport will begin construction soon just outside of Glendale's Westgate Entertainment District, a perfect location for a sporting experience like this.

The Westgate Entertainment District is home to an impressive amount of shopping and activities, and the addition of the House of Sport will bring even more to this already bustling economic center.

The store is eyeing next year to open, bringing a new world of possibilities to those living in or visiting the Glendale area.
