Kathy at Fry's is the Best!

I'd like to say I'm surprised by this one, but I've met this lovely lady, and I agree. Jessica tipped her hat to Kathy who works at Fry's, usually tending the self-checkout lanes.

"Kathy is the BEST," Jessica lauded. "She's always ready with a smile and a hello." We agree. Kathy goes above and beyond and makes shopping at Fry's a wonderful experience.

Culver's Has the Best Fast Food Customer Service in Cochise County - AGAIN!

Erika had a great story to share. It turns out, the Culver's staff are not only polite, they have a really good memory. When Erika and her son visited just before his birthday, they remembered it was coming up and made a big deal out of his special day. They even sang "Happy Birthday" to him!

Bam Bam BBQ is a Local Favorite with Customers Across Cochise County

Take a local restaurant where the staff not only put their heart and soul into creating great food but toss in a wonderful customer service experience and you get Bam Bam BBQ.

They began as a local food truck, finally cultivating their craft in a brick-and-mortar restaurant, making it easier for fans to stop in and enjoy their delicious fare.

When you visit their restaurant, you feel like you've been treated to good food and great service. Our social media followers couldn't say enough good things about this restaurant.

Sierra Vista Ace Hardware is Top-Notch!

There have been many jokes about going into big hardware stores, only to wonder where all the employees are.

That doesn't happen at our Sierra Vista and Bisbee Ace Hardware stores. The last time I went in, three people in red vests greeted me before I even made it to the first aisle.

"They really are the best! I get great service anytime I go into our Ace Hardware," Jim exclaimed on Facebook.
