Don't call a realtor unless you've got the capital to back up your purchase. Homes here generally start in the millions, and the residents enjoy the nearby high-end amenities.

According to HomeSnacks, Paradise Valley is one of Arizona’s wealthiest communities, with median home prices around $3 million.
