Worst Coffee Chain in America is All Over Arizona

I have a friend who has a very distinctive coffee order. Whenever we go somewhere for a cup of joe, I let her go first because I know it's going to take a while.

This is what her order sounds like to me:

"Give me a tall caramel mocha latte, decaf, extra whip, half oat milk, half half-n-half. Add a shot of the tears of newborn baby goats, chant a prayer of positivity while crafting this beloved beverage, and be sure it's brewed to 60 degrees. Fahrenheit. And please be sure to spell my name right."

Since the name scrawled on her cup was "RIGHT" rather than her actual name, I'm going to assume the prayer whispered over the lid of her cup was not one of positivity.

Ordering Coffee in Arizona

Alright, yes. I'm exaggerating a bit. I'm sure that's not exactly how my friend orders her coffee.

I love coffee. If I'm telling the truth, I'm a simple gal when it comes to my morning java.

I'm not as nearly discerning (picky, snooty, obnoxious???) about my coffee as my friend. When I order my coffee, it sounds something like this:

Me: Please give me a small cup of coffee.

Barista: What kind?

Me: Black.

Barista: You mean a tall Americano?

Me: Sure.

Barista: How do you want that?

Me: In a cup. Please.

Barista: You want me to leave room for cream?

Me: (The sarcasm in my head) [Then it wouldn't be black.]

Me: (Out loud) No, thank you.

The Worst Coffee in America is Sold Across Arizona

I'm not overly picky, but I do have a minimum requirement for quality when it comes to my lowest standard. There are some places where the coffee is so unpleasant that I just avoid ordering it there.
