Arizona's Native Tribes Cover More Land

Another prominent tribe is the Tohono O'odham Nation, which is located in the southern part of the state. The Tohono O'odham reservation is around 4,446 square miles and stretches through the Tohono O'odham, San Xavier, and San Lucy districts. The Hopi Tribe calls northeastern Arizona home. The Hopi reservation is completely surrounded by the Navajo Nation and covers about 2,500 square miles. The Hopi community has a long history of agriculture, art, and spirituality.
