The Wilcox West Fest Chuck wagon cook-off and ranch rodeo is from April 14th through the 16th at Quail Park in Wilcox, Arizona.
On Friday at noon, the chuckwagons are set up, and concession stands are open. At 3 pm, vendors and the Chuckwagon judging. At 6:00 pm, visit with the Chuckwagon crews, Pee Wee Youth, youth 3D, and open 4D barrel race, as well as hot dogs and s'mores by the campfire from 6:00 to 7:00 pm guitar pickin' and singing by the campfire while you enjoy sitting under the stars.
On Saturday at 8:00 am, gates open. At 9 am, vendors, beer, and wine gardens. At 10, team tying competitions and the Chuckwagon lunch (Lunch tickets go on sale under the pavilion). At noon lunch is served cooked by the chuckwagons. At 1 pm, kids boot scramble in the arena sponsored by the Expo youth. At 1:30 pm, Calcutta Ranch Rodeo Teams. At 2 pm, the opening ceremony will be followed by Jr. & Adult Ranch Rodeo and Wild Horse Race. At 5:00 pm, the steak dinner is served. At 6:00 pm Calcutta Wild Horse Race Finals. At 7 pm, drawing for the raffles.
On Sunday, 8:00 am, breakfast is cooked by the chuckwagons. 9 am is Cowboy Church. 930 am concession stands open. 10 am The T.O. Run. At 12 pm Pee Wee, Youth 3D, and open 4D barrel races.
