Jails are run with very little room for error, and there's a reason you almost never hear of mistakes being made in these environments. Arizona just made a massive mistake they may not be able to come back from.

I'm honestly not sure when humanity came up with the idea of "prison", but we're better off for it. As opposed to just executing or banishing everyone we don't want in our society, we now have a place to put them, and (hopefully) rehabilitate them.

Prisons are not designed to be cozy and comfy but, in Arizona, these 5 are the worst of the worst.
