- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping if you want)
- 1 lb baby red potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 cup bacon bits (or 6 slices cooked and crumbled)
- ½ cup chicken broth (or water)
- 1/3 cup chives or green onions for topping
Instructions:
- Dump everything into your crock pot — chicken first, then potatoes, soup, ranch mix, broth, and cheese.
- Stir lightly to coat. Don’t worry about perfection — it’ll mix as it cooks.
