Top-of-the-World, Arizona (Population: Around 231)
You'll find the quirky little town called Top-of-the-World situated in Gila County. It sits high in the mountains, and there are spectacular views in every direction.
If you set up home here, you'll find very few neighbors. Its remote location and limited infrastructure make it a peaceful escape, but if you need supplies, you'll have to make a trek to get them. Top-of-the-World was initially developed as a recreational area, and it's so isolated that it struggles to maintain its meager population.
Chloride, Arizona (Population: About 271)
The strangely named town of Chloride was once a bustling silver mining town. You'll find Chloride in Mohave County, but it's faded into near ghost-town status.
