How "Emily" and Her Son Found Freedom

The campaign has had a powerful impact on our state. The Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center (ACTIC) cites an incident that happened in early 2024. A young woman we'll call "Emily" contacted the Arizona Tip Line after she escaped a trafficking situation.

Three days after she made her report, the ACTIC coordinated with Chandler Police and the Phoenix Dream Center to provide shelter, transportation, and emotional support.

"Emily" and her infant son were brought to a safe location and then flown to her sister's home in Philadelphia. This all happened very quickly because of the collaboration between the agencies. Emily's story is just one of many that show how the Blue Campaign and Arizona’s resources help victims escape a terrible situation.
