Mysterious Balloon Spotted Over Arizona and Colorado
We were really hoping this was a balloon from outer space, but it's just a balloon that floats in space.
This strange balloon has been spotted over parts of northern Arizona and parts of Colorado.
According to KDVR in Denver, Colo., this balloon was launched from Arizona last Saturday.

What is This Strange Balloon Launched from Arizona?
World View Enterprises told KDVR that this is a balloon that floats high in the stratosphere and can study radiation, track wildfires, storm systems, and more.
The balloon caught on video is carrying a payload for NASA.
Balloons like this are similar to weather balloons as they travel high in the earth's stratosphere. However, unlike weather balloons that pop when they've reached their altitude, these "space" balloons can travel up to months.
While we were hoping it was extraterrestrials coming to pay us a visit. It's just some boring scientific research.
