Looking for something to do this weekend? Heritage Days has returned to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon through this Sunday. Heritage Days is an annual celebration showcasing the rich cultural and natural history of the Grand Canyon and its surrounding region. This event features a variety of activities, presentations, and demonstrations that educate and entertain visitors of all ages. Activities and programs are scheduled from 10AM to 4PM each day.
Cultural demonstrations are a highlight, featuring traditional dances, music, and storytelling from the Havasupai, Hopi, Navajo, and Hualapai tribes. Visitors can also watch artisans create traditional crafts like pottery, weaving, and jewelry, gaining insight into their cultural significance.
